How to Order

Step 1 – decide what you would like

tick For help deciding on what to order, why not have a look in the ice sculpture gallery. If you’re still not sure, then skip this step and call us anyway, we are more than happy to chat with you about what would work best for your party.

Step 2 – call or email and place your order

tick Contact us to place your order. We will discuss your options and make sure we can deliver what you need, when you need it. We will ask for your delivery details and book your order.

Step 3 – pay your deposit

tick Depending on the timeframe, we will ask you for a deposit of 25% to lock in your order. We take MasterCard, Visa, direct deposit, cash, cheque, or money order. We don’t take Diners or Amex.

Step 4 – pay your balance

tick Once we receive your deposit we will send you an updated invoice showing your balance. We will schedule your delivery and coordinate it with your event coordinator, venue coordinator or yourself.

Step 5 – enjoy your sculpture

tick Enjoy the reaction on your guests’ faces when they see your fabulous ice sculpture.

When to Order

Ice sculptures take time to make. The bigger the sculpture or the more items you need, the longer we need to make them for you. Please allow lead times where possible:

  • Weddings: Please order 3 months before the big day for custom carvings or table centrepieces. We will take time to make sure the design is right and schedule your delivery. For pairs of swans please allow at least 2 weeks per pair.
  • Luges: Please order 2 weeks before the party if possible.
  • Large corporate events: Please order 3 months before the event if ordering more than 20 items. For corporate logos please allow at least 2 weeks.

 These lead times are a guide only. If you think you may have left it too late, call us anyway and we will do our very best to fit your sculpture into our schedule.
