How long will it last on display?
The larger the sculpture, the longer it lasts.
Our large or extra large feature pieces are designed to last 6 to 8 hours on display.
Table centrepieces usually last around 4 to 5 hours.
After that there will still be ice left, but it won’t look as amazing as it did at the start.
Where does the water go when it melts?
We provide a suitable drip tray to collect the water.

Where do you deliver to?
All over Sydney for on-time delivery and set-up. Farther afield is possible by arrangement.
If you’re in Newcastle, Wollongong, the Hunter Valley, ACT etc then often we can arrange to deliver to a freezer during the week before the event. It is usually best to call to discuss the options.
When do you deliver?
We usually deliver and set-up about an hour before the guests arrive.
When we first unwrap your sculpture and set it up where it will be on display it will go frosty. Delivering about an hour before the guests arrive means that the sculpture has time to warm up and sparkle to be at its amazing, captivating best when you and your guests walk into the room.
My party is in summer, won’t it melt?
We recommend indoors in air-conditioning.
Not outdoors in full sunlight unless you want it to melt quickly… (sometimes people do – think guessing competitions).
How much notice do you need?
In a rush? As little as 12 hours.
The fastest ever sculpture was ordered the morning of the day it was delivered – because the customer was happy with a standard item we had in stock.
Ideally – a couple of months.
We take great pride in our work and we like to pay meticulous attention to detail when coming up with a custom design. Naturally, this process can take time.
It is not unheard of for us to be booked out for the Christmas period, so for Christmas we definitely recommend getting your order in early!
Can you colour the ice?
Yes, we can add most colours to most pieces.
Our classic statue range pieces can be coloured with any single water-soluble colour (i.e. food dye). Purple unfortunately tends to separate during the freezing process so we can’t recommend purple. Blues, pinks, reds, and orange shades are best.
Our personalised sculptures with writing engraved can also usually be coloured in a wide range of colours.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we request a 25% deposit to secure your order.
We will start work on your custom design once we receive your deposit.
We will schedule your delivery for the date and time of your party.
Do you refund if I change my mind?
Yes, we refund as long as we haven’t started making your sculpture.
Enjoy peace of mind knowing you have your sculpture booked in (and lock in the current pricing). If you change your mind, or if your event is cancelled or rescheduled we will be happy to refund any money you have paid, minus any credit card facility fees, as long as we haven’t started making your sculpture.
