We get to do some great events in this job, I love it! Just recently we were excited to be asked to produce pieces for a fashion launch by Antonia Paris. Held at The Piano Room in Kings Cross, the launch was the debut for Antonia’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection, and Antonia also presented her new website and launched her online fashion magazine. For those of you who haven’t come across Heston Blumenthal’s amazing cooking, take a look at what he does with an ice mountain. It featured in his Titanic Feast: a huge ice mountain covered with lemonade jelly and Champagne granite and other tidbits. Inspirational!
